The role and what you’ll be doing on a day-to-day basis:
Littlefish is seeking an Onsite Engineer to join our growing Service Delivery team.
As the Onsite Engineer, you will work on the Tech Bar, providing walk-up service to users, and also provide floorwalking services. You may be required to visit various client sites and will report to the Service Delivery Manager.
Your main duties include providing effective onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, applications, and basic network/server troubleshooting and administration. You will need to communicate effectively with customers and manage technical queries in line with Littlefish standards and SLAs.
What we are looking for in the successful candidate:
- Previous experience in an IT support role.
- Knowledge of ITSM.
- Strong IT problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of IT infrastructure support across technologies such as:
- Desktop/laptop/printer hardware
- Office 365
- Exchange
- Windows 11 & macOS
- Active Directory and iOS
- Deployment technologies like InTune
- Experience working within an MSP environment.
