As a Management Accountant, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our financial operations, working at the heart of a forward-thinking, tech-enabled environment. You’ll lead a talented team, harness the power of tools like Power BI and Dynamics Business Central, and help drive smarter, faster decision-making across the business.

You will:
As a key member of our Finance team, you’ll report directly to the Group Financial Controller and take ownership of:
- Producing monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
- Leading financial analysis, forecasting, and variance reporting
- Supporting year-end audits and liaising with external auditors
- Overseeing sales and purchase ledger functions
- Managing and mentoring a small finance team
- Driving innovation through tools like Dynamics Business Central, Power BI and Copilot
Who you are:
- Part or fully qualified accountant
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Experience leading a small team
- Familiarity with Dynamics Business Central, Power BI and Copilot
