Work location: Ireland (Flexible Hybrid to our Dublin office)

Department: HR

Contract type: Full time, Permanent

Reporting to: Talent Acquisition Manager

At Storm Technology, you'll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team that values innovation, continuous learning and delivering real impact for our customers. As part of the Littlefish Group, we combine the expertise of a long-established Microsoft partner with the scale and opportunity of a growing organisation. Our culture is open, friendly and genuinely supportive, with a strong sense of team and shared purpose. We take a flexible approach to hybrid working, trusting our teams to organise how and when they come together to deliver the best outcomes for both colleagues and clients. With a diverse team spanning different backgrounds and experiences, we value fresh perspectives and work with a real sense of humour and care for each other. You'll be supported to grow, challenge thinking and develop your capabilities, while working to the high professional standards that underpin everything we do.

The role and what you'll be getting up to on a day to day basis:

We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team who will play a key role in supporting the hiring of exceptional talent across the wider Littlefish Group, with a strong focus on Storm Technology in Ireland. This is an opportunity to be a true partner to the business, not just filling roles, but shaping how we attract, engage and hire talent. You'll combine market expertise, stakeholder influence and modern recruitment approaches to deliver great hiring outcomes while continuously improving how we do things.

If you're the kind of person who lives and breathes Talent Acquisition, passionate about finding brilliant people for hard to fill roles, but equally committed to delivering a high-quality, end to end TA service, this could be your next move.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the end to end recruitment process from role inception through to onboarding
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand current and future hiring needs, offering clear, practical guidance
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, partnering, influencing and constructively challenging to ensure the right hiring decisions are made
  • Identify and secure top talent in constrained and competitive markets, particularly for specialist Microsoft roles
  • Build strong pipelines using data, networks and market insight across Ireland and the UK
  • Deliver a consistent, high quality candidate and hiring manager experience at every stage
  • Use the ATS effectively, maintaining data accuracy, governance and reporting standards
  • Build and track meaningful TA metrics to demonstrate impact (quality of hire, time to hire, cost effectiveness)
  • Embed modern, forward-thinking recruitment methods, including AI and smarter sourcing approaches

What we're looking for:

You're someone who takes real pride in your role as a Talent Acquisition professional, organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities, while building strong, trusted relationships. You'll bring:

  • Experience in a Talent Acquisition role, delivering a full end to end service
  • Strong experience hiring in competitive or hard to fill markets, within the technology arena would be advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to partner, influence and challenge stakeholders to achieve the right hiring outcomes
  • Confident screening and interviewing capabilities, assessing both skills and cultural fit
  • Experience sourcing across multiple channels, including direct and network led approaches
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, able to manage a busy and varied workload
  • Attention to detail and a structured approach to processes and systems
  • A proactive, can-do mindset and genuine passion for Talent Acquisition

This role is based in Ireland. If you have the right to work in Ireland but not the UK, please answer Yes to the UK right-to-work question to continue your application.

Here at the Littlefish Group we aim to be somewhere everyone can be themselves. We are committed to encouraging a diverse and inclusive community where everyone irrespective of who they are, or their background, can feel equal and supported. We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds. Please get in touch if you are concerned about any difficulties you may face during your recruitment process, so we adjust accordingly. Part of our application process includes a set of ED&I (Equality, diversity and inclusion) questions. Please note, each question has a prefer not to say option).
