Littlefish is seeking an Onsite Support Engineer to be the trusted technical expert for customers, providing hands-on desktop and network support on-site and remotely.
You will resolve IT issues, keep users productive, and act as a valued extension of the customer team while representing Littlefish on-site.
You will deliver 1st/2nd line support, troubleshoot across IT environments, and work with Service Desk, Infrastructure and Professional Services teams.
