The role and what you’ll be getting up to on a day to day basis

Are you fluent in both Dutch and English and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service?

Littlefish is looking for an IT Customer Service Representative, to join our team supporting our Dutch and English-speaking customers.

You don't need to come from an IT Service Desk background. We're looking for people with excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset and a willingness to learn.

If you've worked in customer service, call centres, customer support or another customer-facing role, we'll provide the training and support to help you build a successful career in IT.

As an IT Customer Service Representative, reporting into the Service Desk Team Leader, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for Dutch and English-speaking customers seeking assistance.
  • Deliver a friendly, professional and positive customer experience on every interaction.
  • Log, manage and update support tickets using our service management tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a range of IT issues with the support of our training and experienced teams.
  • Escalate more complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams when required.
  • Keep customers informed throughout the lifecycle of their support request.
  • Work to agreed service levels and support standards.
  • Continuously develop your technical knowledge through structured training and hands‑on experience.

We need a candidate with

  • Fluency in both Dutch and English, this is essential for the role.
  • Previous experience in a customer service, customer support, contact centre or other customer facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • A passion for helping customers and solving problems.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good IT literacy and confidence using a range of computer systems and applications.
  • A willingness to learn new technologies and develop technical support skills.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic and eagerness to build a career within IT.
