The role and what you’ll be getting up to on a day-to-day basis: We are looking for a commercially minded Pricing Analyst to support pricing strategy, deal governance, and sales pipeline management. This role sits at the intersection of pricing, sales, and commercial operations, ensuring pricing decisions are data‑driven and maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date pipeline visibility. You will work closely with the Sales, Operations and Finance teams to review deal pricing, support bid activity, and maintain CRM pipeline integrity, helping drive profitable growth across the business.

What You will be doing:

  • Support the development of cost models and pricing strategies across our MS, Cyber, PS, Cloud and Product offerings
  • Build on existing cost model logic via partnering with operational product/service owners
  • Analyse the profitability of existing customers and provide pricing support for renewals or extensions for existing customers
  • Support bid and tender pricing activity, ensuring commercial accuracy and profitability
  • Partner closely with Sales and Operations to guide pricing decisions on live opportunities
  • Provide commercial insight during deal shaping, structuring and negotiation
  • Document and challenge pricing assumptions to protect profitability
  • Act as a key point of contact for pricing queries from Sales
  • Work with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Account Management to ensure HubSpot pipeline data is accurate, up‑to‑date, and complete
  • Track deal progression, ensuring key fields (value, close date, probability, revenue commencement) are current
  • Collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager to ensure efficiencies in end‑to‑end CRM processes
  • Identify gaps or inconsistencies in pipeline data and drive corrective actions

Reporting

  • Product regular reporting on pipeline health, pricing performance, and deal metrics
  • Generate monthly pipeline board reports for MS, Cyber and LDS offerings
  • Develop dashboards and reports in HubSpot CRM and Power BI

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in Pricing, Commercial Analysis, or Sales Operations roles
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability
  • Hands‑on experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM) and Power BI
  • Ability to interpret financial data (revenue, margin, cost structures)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with Sales teams
  • High attention to detail, strong organisation, and a process‑driven mindset
  • A curious, tech‑positive approach with a willingness to learn, improve and innovate
  • Experience in IT Services / Managed Services environments
  • Exposure to CPQ tools or pricing systems
