We’re looking for a SharePoint Developer to join our M365 Productivity & Engagement team and help us deliver modern, impactful Microsoft solutions for our clients.

The Role
We’re looking for a developer who cares about building solutions that solve real problems. This role sits at the heart of our Microsoft 365 and Power Platform capability — working directly with clients, understanding their needs, and creating modern, well‑engineered applications that make their working lives easier.
What You’ll Do
- Build SharePoint and Power Platform solutions that meet clear business needs.
- Work closely with clients to understand challenges and translate them into practical digital solutions.
- Develop modern applications using SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate and supporting technologies.
- Contribute to solution design, configuration and improvements across Microsoft 365 environments.
- Support project delivery from design through testing and implementation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement using the Microsoft cloud.
Experience you bring
- 5+ years of experience across Software Engineering and SharePoint Development
- 3+ years building solutions on the Power Apps and Power Platform (Apps, Flows, Power BI, Virtual Agents).
- Demonstrated SPFx expertise & Strong competency in React and TypeScript.
- Using tools like PowerShell, Microsoft Graph and Azure services where needed.
- You are a strong client-facing consultant and have the ability to manage and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
