Role Purpose:
You will be a key senior member of our D365 BC team. You will be responsible for consulting, designing, and building high-quality, well-tested end-to-end solutions for our growing client base.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a seasoned Functional Consultant with a robust background in implementing financial ERP systems. You’ll play a pivotal role in analyzing our clients' financial processes, recommending solutions, and leading the implementation of ERP systems that drive efficiency, accuracy, and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse, breakdown and troubleshoot customer’s practices and functional processes.
- Define, explain, propose and conceptualise solutions, both technically to a development team, and in a user-friendly proposal to the customer.
- Requirement gathering, workshop planning and document control.
- Engaging with Clients and delivering training on a solution.
- Advise on best practices and contribute to its delivery.
- Delegate tasks and provide feedback on work reviewed.
- Responsible for task lifecycle management.
- Be budget-conscious and assist the fulfilment teams with the necessary controls for successful delivery.
- Coordinate and raise queries with the Support team.
Required Behaviours and Personal Skills to be a Success:
- Degree in Business, Accounting, MIS or equivalent.
- 5+ years relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft D365 Business Central/NAV, both client end use as well as solution design theories.
- Knowledge and exposure to Microsoft Dynamics technologies and O365.
- Budget management knowledge.
- Experience facilitating design workshops and preparing functional design specification.
- Software consulting, business consulting or IT management experience.
- Ability to delegate tasks and provide feedback to users.
- Client-facing experience with good discussion, participation and presentation skills.
