We are an agave-focused bar serving Oaxacan cuisine with a late-night listening lounge downstairs. We’re looking for an experienced bartender and server to lead our weekend openings and set the tone for service.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and prepare the bar for service to a high standard
- Lead the floor and support the team throughout the shift
- Deliver warm, knowledgeable hospitality with a focus on agave spirits
- Ensure smooth coordination between bar, kitchen, and listening lounge
- Maintain stock levels and oversee prep and organization
- Uphold licensing, health & safety, and service standards
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in a similar bar or restaurant
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails with a focus agave spirits (tequila, mezcal) preferred
- Confident leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the shift
- Available Saturdays and Sundays
