To provide high-quality care and early education for children aged 0–5 years in line with the EYFS framework and Little Elms' Four Pillars curriculum. The Level 3 Educator will ensure children are safe, stimulated, and supported to thrive emotionally, socially, and developmentally within a warm, professional environment.
Qualifications:
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (as recognised by the DfE).
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
- Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS check.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times.
- Follow safeguarding policies and procedures in line with statutory guidance.
- Maintain accurate accident, incident, and welfare records.
- Promote positive behaviour using consistent and respectful strategies.
- Adhere to hygiene, health and safety, and mealtime standards.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS.
