The predicted salary is between 28080 - 29120 £ per year.

To provide high-quality care and early education for children aged 0–5 years in line with the EYFS framework and Little Elms' Four Pillars curriculum. The Level 3 Educator will ensure children are safe, stimulated, and supported to thrive emotionally, socially, and developmentally within a warm, professional environment.

Qualifications:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (as recognised by the DfE).
  • Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework.
  • Understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
  • Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Enhanced DBS check.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times.
  • Follow safeguarding policies and procedures in line with statutory guidance.
  • Maintain accurate accident, incident, and welfare records.
  • Promote positive behaviour using consistent and respectful strategies.
  • Adhere to hygiene, health and safety, and mealtime standards.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS.
  • Implement Little Elms' Four Pillars:

    • Little Innovators – STEM and curiosity‐led learning
    • Little Well‐Beings – emotional literacy and wellbeing
  • Observe, assess and track children's development.

  • Support children with SEND, following IEPs and external professional guidance.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Experience working in a busy nursery setting.
  • Knowledge of SEND and inclusive practice.
  • Experience supporting quality improvement or room leadership.
