Your mission is to own the whole marketing function and sit on the leadership team from day one. We're hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to own demand generation and product-led growth at Littledata. You'll report directly to the founder/CEO and be measured on MRR from new brands.
You will set Littledata's marketing OKRs, with a clear focus on growth: self-serve installs first, SQL generation to support. This is a hands-on role: you'll build the plan and execute most of it, with one direct report and freelancers to extend your reach.
What you'll own:
- Demand generation: Paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Shopify, search), organic search, partner activity, and events. You set the mix; optimise for CAC efficiency.
- Content and distribution: Littledata's voice across LinkedIn, blog, newsletter, case studies, and video. Position Littledata as the leader in accurate ecommerce tracking.
- Website and conversion: Landing pages, CRO, inbound capture. Own the full conversion journey and shape positioning directly.
- Partners and agencies: Build repeatable co-marketing programmes with Shopify agencies and technology partners that generate referrals and expand reach.
- Reporting: Track what generates new MRR.
Your profile:
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with direct accountability for growth outcomes.
- Strong grasp of the growth levers: CAC, ACV, LTV, payback.
- Hands-on with technical content; our challenge is explaining a complex topic in simple language.
- Confident managing cross-functional projects at pace.
- Data-first: comfortable presenting performance and recommendations directly to a leadership team.
- Ideally, familiar with the Shopify ecosystem and the wider ecommerce tech stack.
- Able to travel to London or Berkshire weekly for team meetings and events.
Why us?
- Share options: You're building the growth engine; you should own a piece of what it becomes.
- A seat at the leadership table, with direct exposure to the founder.
- A defined path up: Head of Growth within 12–18 months for the person who delivers.
- Work from anywhere: Remote-first since the beginning, with a vibrant, flexible work culture.
- Annual offsite in Europe for brainstorming and team building.
