Little Wing opened its doors in October 2009, bringing authentic Naples-style pizzas to Northern Ireland. Since the opening of the flagship restaurant on Ann Street in Belfast, the Little Wing family has grown with Little Wing Sliced at the Odyssey being our latest opening! We have an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor (with a primary focus kitchen based) to join our team at Little Wing Sliced.
As a Supervisor at Sliced, you will have a focus on providing direction and support to the kitchen team ensuring high standards of food presentation and excellent customer service levels are delivered and maintained at all times. You will work with the management team to lead the kitchen team, maximise revenue, manage costs and maintain high levels of cleanliness throughout the venue. This is a full-time position with flexibility required for evenings and weekend shifts.
We provide a performance bonus structure, free pizza on shift and a company discount of 20% off food in various outlets including Bullitt Hotel, Little Wing Pizzeria, The National and The Cloth Ear.
Essential Criteria:
- 1 years’ experience within a kitchen environment
- 6 months experience in a customer service role
- Proven track record of organisational skills
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Passionate about the industry and delivering the best pizza
- Strong customer focus
Desirable Criteria:
- 1 year supervisor experience
- NVQ Level 3 in Professional Cookery or Hospitality Supervisor or Leadership (or similar)
Potential earnings: £29,000 per annum plus bonus.
