Little Wing opened its doors in October 2009, bringing authentic Naples-style pizzas to Northern Ireland. Since the opening of the flagship restaurant on Ann Street in Belfast, the Little Wing family has grown to include ten restaurants throughout Northern Ireland.
Little Wing Pizzeria is offering an exciting opportunity for a new General Manager to join the company and help build on the experience and wealth of knowledge of our existing management team. We are looking for a candidate who can offer experience, organisation and good communication to help lead and develop our teams in order to provide the best service possible to our loyal customers.
Responsibilities- Take ownership of outlet operations in line with company guidelines.
- Maximise revenue of food and beverage by consistently delivering high quality, friendly and well organised service.
- Implement initiatives to drive revenue and footfall for the restaurant.
- Liaise with senior management and implement local marketing initiatives.
- Create and nurture close ties with the local community and charity groups.
It’s a super exciting position which offers you the chance to work in a fast paced and friendly environment. More importantly, you get to work with our award-winning team and help us with our civic duty by providing glorious Little Wing pizza to the public.
We believe in work life balance. This is a full-time position, and you will be expected to work approximately 40 hours per week, over five shifts including weekends. As a reward you can expect a competitive salary of £30,000 – £35,000, paid fortnightly. We also provide a performance bonus structure (potential to earn up to an extra £5,250 annually), free pizza on shift and a company discount of 20% off food in various outlets including Bullitt Hotel, Little Wing Pizzeria, The National and The Cloth Ear.
Essential Criteria- 2 years’ experience in a management position at General or Assistant level in a fast paced restaurant environment.
- Proven track record of organisational skills.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about the industry and delivering the best pizza.
- Strong customer focus.
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in a General Management position.
- NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality Management.
