About Little Wing

Little Wing opened its doors in October 2009, bringing authentic Naples‑style pizzas to Northern Ireland. Since the opening of the flagship restaurant on Ann Street in Belfast, the Little Wing family has grown to include ten restaurants throughout Northern Ireland.

Role Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a supervisor to join our Little Wing Bangor Management team. As a Supervisor, you will provide direction and support to the restaurant team, ensuring excellent customer service levels are maintained at all times. You will work with the General Manager to maximise revenue, manage costs, and maintain high levels of cleanliness throughout the restaurant. This is a full‑time position, with a working week of approximately 30–40 hours. The competitive rate of pay is up to £29,000 per annum, plus a performance bonus structure.

Essential Criteria

  • 1 year of supervisor experience in a customer facing role.
  • Proven track record of organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Desirable Criteria

  • 1 year of supervisor experience in a similar busy table‑service restaurant.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality Supervisor or Leadership (or similar).
