- Variety: different families, different homes, and occasional shifts at schools and clubs
You might be our person if you have:
- At least 1 year of experience working with children (nursery, school, nanny, playwork, after-school club), or a relevant apprenticeship
- Level 2 or 3 childcare qualifications (these are welcome and paid at a higher rate)
- A calm, kind, can-do attitude, and confidence to use your own judgement
- Good communication with parents
