Little Village Co is a new local childcare team, started by early years professionals, and we’re building something special. We’re looking for warm, dependable people who light up around children, and who want flexible work that lets them use their skills and make a real difference to local families.
What your days could look like
- Sensory play, messy play and story time that children remember
- Helping little ones with school-readiness, phonics and toilet training
- Bedtime routines that end in calm and giggles, not chaos
- Being the trusted face parents are relieved to open the door to
- Variety: different families, different homes, and occasional shifts at schools and clubs
You might be our person if you have
- At least 1 year of experience working with children (nursery, school, nanny, playwork, after-school club)
- or a relevant apprenticeshipLevel 2 or 3 childcare qualifications (these are welcome and paid at a higher rate)
- A calm, kind, can-do attitude, and confidence to use your own judgement
- Good communication with parents
