Little Thief Studio is looking for a Post-Production Media Manager to work on one of our
accounts for a major client within football.

For more than 7 years, we’ve crafted standout content for marketing and events teams as well as sponsors and partners, helping bring every client’s vision to life with creativity and precision.
The job:
- The ideal candidate requires expert organisational skills, a fundamental understanding of video for social and digital platforms, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The Media Manager is responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing media assets, maintaining data integrity, supporting editors, and ensuring that projects run smoothly from offline through to delivery.
- This role sits at the heart of the post-production workflow – balancing technical expertise, process rigour, strong communication, and exceptional attention to detail.
What you’ll do:
- Manage technical workflow of edit suite (reporting to the Senior Creative Project Manager)
- Ensure projects are ready for each days edit and maintain a consistent structure for file
management
- Seek the most efficient solutions for cataloging archived content
- Ensure all footage and logging/ admin is done correctly
- Ingest content on site at the clients training ground
- Technical support for all editors in the suite (this will be provided with extensive training)
- Consolidate final projects and archive
- Create basic video edits and compilations
What you bring:
- Highly organised
- Basic knowledge of media formats, codecs, colour spaces and post-production tools (Premiere, Resolve, etc.)
- Expertise in storage systems, asset management, and secure file transfer (Aspera, Signiant, Lucid Link etc.).
- Open-minded, flexible and able to deal with people effectively at all levels, both internally and externally
- Knowledge of digital sport content and broadcast, digital, and social delivery standards.
- Ability to maintain calm under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Excellent organisation and documentation skills.
- 3-5+ years in post-production media management, data wrangling, or assistant editor roles.
