Little Thief Studio is looking for a Post-Production Producer to deliver the creative and technical vision of our output for some of the biggest names in sport.
Who we are
We are an award-winning London-based multi-media creative studio specialising in end-to-end video content. For more than 7 years, we’ve crafted standout content for marketing and events teams as well as sponsors and partners, helping bring every client’s vision to life with creativity and precision.
The job
The Post-Production Producer will be responsible for our video content’s visual and narrative quality. You will sit at the intersection of creativity and technical execution, ensuring our output for high-profile sports clients remains best-in-class. The ideal candidate will thrive under tight deadlines, understand client needs intuitively, and consistently push creative boundaries. We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for sport - particularly football - and a deep understanding of how to create engaging, platform-led content. This is a hybrid role, working three days a week on-site at the client’s North-West London offices, with flexibility to work from home for the remaining two days.
What you’ll do
- Uphold the "Little Thief" standard. You’ll review edits for technical accuracy, brand consistency, and narrative flow before they reach the client.
- Collaborate with editors during the offline stage to break down complex footage and build compelling narratives, especially for long-form features and high-impact social campaigns.
- Help refine and enforce our post-production workflows.
- Work hand-in-hand with our video editors and project management team to ensure a seamless transition from shoot to suite.
- Present work to clients, explaining creative choices and navigating feedback with a focus on maintaining the integrity of the vision.
- Stay on the edge of sports media trends—knowing what’s "next" on TikTok, YouTube, and broadcast to ensure our clients stay ahead of the curve.
- Inspire our editing team, pushing them to experiment with new techniques, sound design, and visual storytelling methods.
What you’ll bring
- A minimum of five years in post-production, preferably within a fast-paced agency or sports broadcast environment.
- A deep understanding of post-production software (Adobe Creative Cloud), codecs, frame rates, and delivery specs for various social and digital platforms.
- A strong understanding of sport culture—particularly football—and the ability to anticipate the "rhythm" of the sporting calendar.
- The ability to juggle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously without losing sight of the finer details.
- Clear and concise communication.
- A proactive approach to troubleshooting technical bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
- The ability to maintain creative standards under pressure.
- Experience maintaining a positive, collaborative environment under tight deadlines.
- An open-minded, flexible approach, and the ability to work confidently with people at all levels.
