We are seeking passionate and dedicated Football Coaches to join our team in Redbridge. To be a part of the LSS & AH coaching team currently providing weekly training sessions to 100s of local children attending classes in Ilford.

More about LSS & AH Football Coaching: Established in 2015, our club has grown to now welcome over 850 children to our weekly lessons at various locations in East London and Essex. This year we look to grow our weekly members to over 1000 children. Our aim is to deliver a football-focussed tailored training programme to children through weekly lessons and football camps.

  • FA Fan Number
  • In-date DBS
  • Introduction to Coaching Football Qualification (Equivalent to Level 1)
  • Experience in leading football classes for children in pre & primary school

Role details:

  • 42 weeks of contracted work
  • Yearly role pay: £4,452 - £6,042 (£14 to £19 depending on experience)
  • 10 holiday weeks (no holiday pay for part time)
  • Start date: Roles starting from the 6th June 2026
  • 24 weekends, Summer Term Shifts: Saturdays: 08.30 to 12.45 (+) Sundays: 08.45 to 13.00
  • 18 weekends, Winter Term Shifts: Saturdays: 08.45 to 12.30 (+) Sundays: 09.15 to 13.00

  • Coach group sizes between 18-21 children
  • Ability levels best described as first timers, or children with little experience

Responsibilities:

  • Motivated to work independently
  • Also work within a team to achieve goals
  • Review and implement weekly session plans
  • Manage class register and parent interactions
  • Work on coaching techniques introduced via training
