Based in Broadway in the Cotswolds, Little Soap Company is a BCorp™ certified brand dedicated to creating high-quality, cruelty‑free, vegan, and natural soap products. The brand is stocked nationwide in retailers including Waitrose & Partners, Sainsbury's, Boots and Tesco, with one bar sold every 23 seconds across the UK. The team works remotely, with a small office in Broadway available for hot‑desking and a base for content creation. The team fully comes together quarterly for Team Away Days in the Cotswolds, which you would be required to join.

We’re looking for a creative and socially savvy Social Content Creator to bring our brands, Little Soap Company and Eco Warrior, to life across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone creative, who loves storytelling, understands social‑first content, and can confidently create engaging photo and video content from concept through to posting. You’ll work closely with our founder and Head of eCommerce & Performance Marketing to create authentic, visually engaging content that reflects our brand values, connects with our community, and drives engagement across all channels. This is a hybrid role, with regular time spent at our Broadway office for content shoots and collaboration with the founder.

Responsibilities

  • Create high‑quality photo and video content for social media, digital marketing and retail channels
  • Film, edit and publish engaging Reels, stories, carousels and behind‑the‑scenes content
  • Write compelling captions and social copy aligned with our brand tone of voice
  • Support founder‑led storytelling and create authentic content around our mission, products and sustainability values
  • Plan and schedule content across multiple social platforms
  • Manage and maintain a social content calendar aligned with campaigns and launches
  • Monitor trends, platform updates and emerging content opportunities
  • Engage with our online community through comments, messages and conversations
  • Collaborate with influencers, ambassadors and brand partners
  • Track content performance and use insights to optimise engagement and reach

What we are looking for

  • Min 2 years experience in social media management and content creation
  • Strong photography and videography skills
  • Confidence filming face‑to‑camera content
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar editing tools
  • Understanding of SEO principles, algorithms, social media trends, platform best practices to optimise performance and outreach
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • A proactive, creative and collaborative mindset
  • Passion for sustainability, ethical brands and conscious consumerism
  • Experience working with national consumer brands or FMCG products. Beauty, wellness, skincare or sustainable brands are an added benefit.
  • Availability to start ASAP or within one month of accepting the role
  • Based in the Cotswolds close proximity to Broadway
  • Car with UK drivers licence

Salary: £28,000- £30,000 PA, Full time annual salary DOE.
