Blending executive assistance with private household and equestrian management, this position requires an intuitive and polished individual who can move seamlessly between boardroom and countryside, always two steps ahead and quietly in control.

Key responsibilities:

  • Proactive inbox, diary and travel management across business and personal life
  • Coordinating family, social and household calendars
  • Liaising with designers, contractors and household staff on renovation projects
  • Managing household suppliers, maintenance and day-to-day operations
  • Overseeing equestrian logistics, appointments and events
  • Organising personal travel, celebrations and holidays
  • Acting as trusted gatekeeper, ensuring smooth communication and absolute discretion

About you:

  • Experienced in senior EA, private PA or household management roles
