This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursery Deputy Manager based in Fulham, SW6. The Nursery Deputy Manager will assist in the daily management of the nursery and ensure a high standard of care and education. Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the implementation of safeguarding protocols
- Supporting and mentoring team members
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards
- Building positive relationships with parents and caregivers
- Collaborating with management to achieve operational and developmental goals for the nursery
Qualifications:
- Experience in Nursery Management and working within nursery environments
- Strong knowledge of Safeguarding and Safeguarding Children practices
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to build professional relationships with parents, staff, and stakeholders
- Leadership and organizational skills to mentor staff and ensure smooth day-to-day nursery operations
- Relevant childcare qualification and a solid understanding of early years education standards
- Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for young children
- Experience in working in early childhood education or a similar setting
