About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Practitioner who loves working outdoors in all seasons and understands the immense value of nature-based learning. As part of our dedicated team, you will:
- Plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
- Support children's development through responsive, in-the-moment planning.
- Create engaging opportunities that promote curiosity, independence, and wellbeing.
- Work closely with children in our outdoor learning environment, whatever the weather.

Essential Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS.
