We are looking for an experienced multiskilled maintenance engineer at our industrial factory in Swadlincote. You will be responsible for safely and efficiently carrying out preventative planned maintenance, repairs and breakdown responses.

We are looking for someone mechanically and electrically qualified with medium/heavy industrial experience. You should be able to read and understand drawings, have the ability to operate a range of handheld power tools, have good IT literacy and communication skills, be able to work alone or within a team and have good fault finding and analytical skills.

The role is a Full Time Permanent position working a 40 hour week across a fixed 4 day week Monday to Thursday 2pm until Midnight. This is a fantastic working week for someone seeking to move away from rotating/night shifts or someone who wants to be available for school runs every morning or someone who would benefit from a 3 day weekend every weekend.

  • Technical Knowledge: Good electrical knowledge of motors, sensors and inverters & good mechanical knowledge including fitting, hydraulic systems and pneumatics.
