Little Orchard Montessori Nurseries is hiring a Deputy Nursery Manager on a job-share basis (three days per post) to support daily nursery operations and lead learning for birth to five years. You will partner with the Manager and another deputy to maintain high standards and continuity.
You will model Montessori practice, support staff development and collaborate with families, SENCOs, and professionals to remove barriers to participation while safeguarding children at all times.
