Overview
A lovely family in Hackney are looking for a Nanny-Housekeeper to assist them in caring for their baby. The ideal candidate will be confident, organised, energetic and adaptable. The role will be split into two phases. For the first phase, it is more general housekeeping duties and at most, watching the baby for 30-45 minutes, 2-3 hours per day. The second phase will begin in January, when the mum will go back to work – the candidate will be expected to offer more flexibility as hours will extend.
Responsibilities
- Laundry – washing, folding clothes
- Loading and unloading the dishwasher
- Washing and sterilising baby bottles
- Stocking diaper station and sanitising changing pads
- Keeping nursery and baby areas clean and tidy
- Wiping surfaces and keeping kitchen and living room spaces tidy
Job details
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 2-3 hours per day
- Increased to 5 hours per day, starting January – 1/2 PM to 6/7 PM
- Job type: Part-time, Permanent
- Salary: £18 to £20 gross per hour
- Location: Hackney, London
