A fantastic family based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire is looking for a Part-time Housekeeper to make sure their property is always clean and organised. An ideal candidate will be someone organised and hardworking who can carry out all housekeeping duties. The housekeeper will also be expected to cook and prepare meals for the family. They have a rabbit and it would be really helpful if the housekeeper can hoover the enclosure when required.
Working hours: Ideally 6 hours on Monday and Friday and 3 hours on Wednesday but some flexibility about how the hours are split. Total of 15 hours per week.
Duties include:
Maintaining a clean family home
Organising and tidying.
Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors
Dusting and polishing the furniture and fittings
Cleaning wash basins, bathtubs and showers
Deep cleaning the kitchen
Washing clothes
Unloading the laundry and organising the clothes
Ironing
Making up the beds and changing the linens
Washing the dishes and loading/unloading the dishwasher
Cleaning the windows and mirrors
The family is looking for someone to start in September 2025 and they are happy to meet lovely candidates.
