A wonderful family in Islington, London is seeking a full-time nanny to provide dedicated care for their lively and much-loved baby. They are looking for an energetic, bubbly individual who can manage all childcare duties while fostering the child’s physical and emotional development. As the child is very active and enjoys outdoor play, the ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about planning engaging activities and encouraging exploration.
The family also has a small dog, so someone happy to occasionally walk and feed the pet would be greatly appreciated. A valid first aid qualification is essential for this role.
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, with some flexibility, approximately 50 hours per week
Duties include:
Feeding, changing, and putting the baby down for naps as needed throughout the day
Engaging in gentle play, bonding activities, and age-appropriate stimulation
Observing and supporting the baby\'s development with patience and care
Ensuring a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for the baby
Providing support to parents, especially during busy working hours
Keeping children’s bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children
