A lovely family based in Hove, Sussex, is seeking an Afterschool Nanny to help care for their toddler and school-aged child.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of childcare experience and will speak fluent English. Someone warm, reliable, organised, and confident supporting children with their after-school routine would be ideal for this role.
The nanny will work alongside the mum in a shared care role. Duties will include school pick-ups, supporting the children's daily routines after school, preparing meals, helping with homework, and providing evening support.
The role will also include helping clean up after the children and keeping the home tidy. A driver with their own car is required for this role.
A valid first aid certification is required for this role.
Working hours:
Monday 15:30 to 18:30, Tuesday 15:30 to 18:00, Wednesday 15:30 to 20:00, Thursday 15:30 to 18:00, and Friday 9:30 to 18:00
Duties include:
- caring for a toddler and a school-aged child
- working alongside the mum in a shared care role
- picking the children up from school
- supporting the children's after-school routine
- implementing daily routines
- preparing food and meals
- helping with homework
- providing evening support
- carrying out meal preparation and cooking
- cleaning up after the children
- ensuring the children's safety, well-being, and development
