This lovely family based in St John’s Wood, London, is seeking a Live-in Housekeeper to keep their home clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The role includes all general housekeeping duties, along with some cooking. The family has a small dog, so the candidate must be comfortable around pets. Travel to the USA for 4 to 8 weeks is optional but not essential.
Working hours: Sunday to Thursday, 8 to 10 hours per day
Accommodation: Beautiful spacious staff floor accommodations with their own bedroom with bathroom.
Duties:
- Light childcare duties, including some babysitting as required.
- Ironing and laundry.
- Dusting and polishing furniture and surfaces.
- Making up beds and changing linens.
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Deep cleaning bathrooms and the kitchen.
- Loading and unloading the dishwasher.
- Maintaining an exceptionally clean and organised environment.
- Polishing marble surfaces.
- Some cooking may be required.
- Being dog-friendly; the household has 1 small dog.
