A wonderful family in Islington, London is looking for a Full-time Nanny to assist them in looking after their charming toddler and school-aged child. An ideal candidate will be someone experienced, caring and easygoing who has a basic understanding of child development. They prefer someone who has good communication skills and who is fluent with the English language.
A valid first aid qualification is essential to this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, ideally from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm then 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, between 35 to 40 hours. The family is happy to also look at after-school hours only.
Duties include:
bathing and maintaining proper hygiene for the children
ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children
engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park
encouraging early literacy by reading books to the children
providing homework assistance and supporting the children’s educational growth
establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the children\’s structure and development
keeping children\’s bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children
