A lovely family based in London is seeking a Full-time or Part-time Afterschool Nanny-PA to help care for their two children, aged 5 and 8 years old, while supporting the smooth running of the family household. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience and will speak fluent English. Someone organised, proactive, reliable, and confident balancing childcare duties with PA and household administration would be ideal for this role.

The nanny will be responsible for:

  • Collecting the children from school in Notting Hill
  • Ensuring the children’s safety, well-being, and development
  • Preparing dinner, meals, and snacks for the children
  • Being mindful of a severe tree nut allergy
  • Keeping the children’s bedrooms and play areas clean and organised
  • Engaging the children in interactive play and educational activities
  • Arranging outdoor outings, such as visits to the park
  • Helping with homework
  • Supporting the children’s educational growth
  • Maintaining consistent daily routines
  • Managing grocery shopping and household deliveries
  • Arranging household maintenance
  • Managing the children’s laundry and wardrobe
  • Keeping up to date with school commitments and parent group chats
  • Liaising with parents and teachers at school
  • Helping with property-related admin for homes in the UK, Greece, and Tel Aviv
  • Assisting with maintenance, staff management, invoices, and payments
  • Completing other reasonable household and family admin tasks
  • Travelling worldwide with the family when required

A driver is required for this role, and the candidate should be confident driving an automatic car. A valid first aid certification is required for this role.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, afternoons. Exact hours to be discussed. Around 30 to 40 hours per week.

Salary: £20 to £23 gross per hour
