A lovely family based in Lambeth, London, is seeking a caring and experienced After-School Nanny to support their toddler and school-aged child, with primary responsibility for the older child. The role includes all general nanny duties, school pick-ups, and preparing nutritious meals for the children. The ideal candidate must have previous experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEN), particularly autism and ADHD, to provide appropriate care and support. A pet-friendly nanny is essential, as the family has a friendly dog.
A valid first aid qualification is a must for this role.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 4:15 pm to 6:15 pm (roughly), only during term times
Duties include:
- picking up children from nursery/school and taking them home,
- organising fun and stimulating age appropriate activities,
- arranging playdates,
- preparing snacks and dinner for the children,
- making sure the children are always happy and safe,
- helping with bath and bedtime routine,
- help with laundry and tidying up after the children.
The Lambeth-based family is looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
