A family based in Orpington (BR5) is looking for an experienced, flexible, and caring Part-Time Afterschool Nanny to support their school aged child.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of professional private childcare experience, a nurturing approach to afterschool routines, and strong educational support skills. A driving license is a welcome bonus.
A valid first aid qualification is needed for this position.
Duties include:
ensuring the safety, well-being, and overall development of the child
bathing and maintaining proper personal hygiene routines
preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the child
engaging the child in interactive play, educational activities, park visits, and reading books to encourage early literacy
providing homework assistance and supporting the child's educational growth
establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support structure and development
managing light, child-focused housekeeping duties, including keeping the child's bedroom and play areas clean, organized, and tidy
The family is looking for someone who can start IMMEDIATELY.
