This lovely family is looking for an energetic and organised nanny to manage the after-school routine for their child. This is a general support role where the primary focus is ensuring homework is completed accurately and on time, while also handling the typical logistics of a busy afternoon. A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm (more hours during school holidays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm every other week). Start date: August 2026.
Responsibilities:- Collect the children from school
- Assist with homework and provide learning support
- Supervise and participate in after-school activities
- Plan and prepare engaging recreational activities
- Organise and supervise messy play sessions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy environment for the children
- Engage the children in creative arts and crafts projects
- Take the children to parks and playgrounds for outdoor play
- Prepare supper and ensure the kitchen and dining area are tidied afterwards
Job Type: Part Time, Permanent
Salary: £16 to £21 gross per hour
