Afterschool Nanny in Essex, Job ID J230C1 - A flexible and reliable afterschool nanny is needed by a family in Ingatestone, Essex to care for their two children. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of childcare experience. A valid first aid qualification is a must.
Working hours: 2 days a week, 3 pm - 6 pm. Optional 3rd Day Tuesday 6:30 am - 9 am
Duties include:
- Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children.
- Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children.
- Keeping children's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy.
- Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park.
- Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the children.
- Providing homework assistance and supporting the children’s educational growth.
- Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the children's structure and development.
The family is looking for someone to start on 2 November 2026.

Salary: Up to £20 gross per hour
