This family, based in Woking, Surrey, is looking for an After-school Nanny to take care of their school-aged children. All general Nanny duties are required in this role. Both children are neurodivergent (Autism and ADHD), so the ideal candidate will have a patient, structured approach and ideally prior experience supporting children with additional needs.
Duties include school pick-ups, managing after-school routines, and coordinating engaging activities that cater to their specific interests and developmental goals. A driver is required with own car. A valid first-aid qualification is needed for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Tuesday, 2/3 pm to 6 pm.
- Bathing and maintaining proper hygiene for the children.
- Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children.
- Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children.
- Keeping children's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy.
- Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park.
- Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the children's structure and development.
- Light housekeeping optional, light cooking and snacks.
- Dog walking for another hour every day if the nanny would like to.
