What you will do
- Support the team with onboarding, contracts, changes, offboarding, and everything in between.
- Keep our people systems accurate and up to date.
- Respond to day‑to‑day queries and provide friendly, helpful support across the business.
- Maintain employee records and documentation to a high standard.

You’re confident using systems and open to learning new tools, with a curious mindset and a willingness to improve how things are done. Whether it’s updating records, answering queries, or supporting a new starter, you bring a calm, positive presence and a proactive approach. You’re a clear communicator and a positive team player, happy to get stuck in wherever help is needed.
You have

- The ability to work at pace while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- A friendly, approachable, and service‑driven attitude – you genuinely enjoy supporting others.
- Energy, clarity, and accountability in everything you do.
