You’re confident using systems and open to learning new tools, with a curious mindset and a willingness to improve how things are done. Whether it’s updating records, answering queries, or supporting a new starter, you bring a calm, positive presence and a proactive approach. You’re a clear communicator and a positive team player, happy to get stuck in wherever help is needed.
You have:
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within a People function.
- Brilliant attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
- Confidence using systems like PeopleHR, Lattice, BeApplied, or similar.
- A love for structure and process, and strong organisational skills.
- Curiosity about new ways of working and openness to experimenting with tools and tech.
- The ability to work at pace while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- A friendly, approachable, and service-driven attitude – you genuinely enjoy supporting others.
