Little Moons are bitesized, handheld balls of artisan gelato, cheesecake, and ganache wrapped in a soft and chewy rice flour dough to create a distinctive snack that’s bursting with flavour. Their rollout has been pioneered by sister and brother duo Vivien and Howard Wong, who founded Little Moons in 2010. The product’s roots are in high end restaurants, but over the last decade, retail packs have swept the frozen and chilled snacking categories in grocery and food service. Little Moons has rapidly established mochi, and frozen and chilled snacking, across the world. In 2025 we generated more than £50m revenue, and in 2026 we continue to drive towards high levels of growth. We are also a Certified B Corporation, which reflects our strong commitment to balancing profit and purpose. This certification means we are part of a global community of businesses that meet high standards of social and environmental impact, reinforcing our dedication to making a meaningful difference.

We are very proud of the culture that we have built at Little Moons. Not to stroke our own egos, but we are a great bunch of people, smart, passionate, interesting, and funny who work hard to support and live our values, all the while keeping our mission in our forethoughts.

The Role:

If you enjoy keeping things moving, connecting the dots, and making sure customers get what they need, this role sits right in the sweet spot. As UK Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll be at the centre of the UK & Ireland supply chain, managing customer orders from the moment they land through to delivery day. That means coordinating with customers, logistics partners, and internal teams to keep everything flowing smoothly, tackling issues early, and keeping communication clear and proactive. You’ll spend time tracking deliveries, supporting stock availability across third‑party warehouses, and working closely with other teams when plans change or demand shifts. There’s variety in the role, with opportunities to get involved in new product launches, operational improvements, and projects that help shape how the supply chain continues to grow. Alongside the day‑to‑day coordination, you’ll help keep systems and data accurate, partner with Finance on orders and invoices, and contribute to smarter, more sustainable ways of working. It’s a role with real visibility, real responsibility, and a direct impact on customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end Sales Order process for UK&I customers (Grocery & OOH); receipting orders, EDI management, coordinating with our 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) providers on deliveries and tracking progress.
  • Main operational contact for customers, driving a best-in-class service by resolving order queries, proactive communication on shortages/upstream issues and collaborating on promotion/NPD launches.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with customers to understand their needs, enhance service levels, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Cross‑functionally work with internal teams on stock availability, production plans, demand changes and problem solving to minimise challenges that occur.
  • Management of stock replenishment ensuring cover is maintained at 3rd party locations.
  • Oversee 3PL providers to ensure high levels of service to customers and develop a collaborative relationship to resolve operational issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and optimise the supply chain network for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the company’s B Corp sustainability goals by identifying opportunities to reduce waste and lower emissions.
  • Maintain data within the system (Sage 200 Professional), ensuring system records are up-to‑date and reliable.
  • Contribute to project teams to deliver business NPD and change projects.
  • Liaise with Finance on PO/Invoice management and discrepancy investigations ensuring high levels of financial control.
  • Contribute to the Brighter Future Sustainability Strategy and company's linked OKRs.
  • Support your function and any direct report(s) to contribute too.

Experience within FMCG, with an understanding of the UK Grocery landscape being beneficial. Experience working with ERP systems (such as Sage, SAP or similar platforms). Confidence using Excel as part of day‑to‑day work. Comfortable working with data, including handling larger data sets to support decision‑making. Able to build positive working relationships and communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders across the business.
