You’ll own the customer relationships end-to-end and have the autonomy and confidence to run the day-to-day business with your distributors.

Working closely with Supply Chain, Operations and Finance, you’ll keep everything moving, growing and running smoothly – from forecasting and stock management through to order execution and analysing commercial performance, all while driving the agreed growth plans for your markets.

It’s a brilliant role for someone analytical and commercially minded who loves building strong, trusting partnerships and genuinely owning their numbers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage the day-to-day commercial running of your distributor accounts, taking full ownership of the customer relationships across the Middle East, South East Asia and East Asia.
  • Own the P&L for your accounts, driving profitable, sustainable growth and delivering against your agreed commercial targets and growth plans.
  • Lead accurate forecasting and stock management for your partners, ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time.
  • Own order execution end-to-end, making sure orders are placed, processed and delivered smoothly and on time.
  • Analyse commercial performance, using data and insight to spot opportunities, track results and make clear, commercially sound decisions.
  • Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations and Finance to unlock and support growth in your markets.
  • Drive the agreed growth plans with your distributors, bringing the autonomy and confidence to run the day-to-day business yourself.
  • Contribute to the Brighter Future Sustainability Strategy and company's linked OKRs.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience managing distributors and/or working within the food & beverage industry – ideally both, but at least one is essential.
  • Proven P&L ownership – you’ve owned your numbers and delivered against commercial targets.
  • Proven experience as a National Account Executive (NAE) or in a similar commercial role, with the confidence to run accounts autonomously.
  • An analytical, commercially minded approach – you’re collaborative and confident making decisions with data.
