Little Moons are frozen and chilled mochi, a fusion of Eastern and Western cuisine – soft and chewy rice flour dough wrapped around balls of ice cream, cheesecake, or chocolate ganache to create a distinctive, bite‑size, delicious dessert that’s bursting with flavour. Their rollout across Europe has been pioneered by sister and brother duo Vivien and Howard Wong, who founded Little Moons in 2010. The product’s roots are in high‑end restaurants, but over the last five years retail packs have swept the ice cream category in grocery and food service. Little Moons has rapidly established mochi, and snacking ice cream, across Europe. In 2024 we generated more than £60m revenue, and in 2025 we continue to drive towards double‑digit growth. We are also now a Certified B Corporation, which reflects our strong commitment to balancing profit and purpose. This certification means we are part of a global community of businesses that meet high standards of social and environmental impact, reinforcing our dedication to making a meaningful difference.

The Role: Be part of a team that turns insights into action. This role focuses on using data‑driven insights to shape growth in the frozen and chilled snacking category across key markets. Working closely with the category team, you’ll turn numbers into clear, actionable recommendations that help us win with retailers and shoppers. From uncovering trends to translating data into compelling stories, you’ll support strategies that deliver results from the UK to France and beyond. • Work alongside our Senior Category Manager to develop insights and recommendations for different markets.
  • Help translate data into straightforward stories that our retail partners and internal teams can act on.
  • Respond to data requests from sales teams and retail partners, building your understanding of what different stakeholders need.
  • Develop your expertise in industry‑standard tools including NielsenIQ (retail market data) and Power BI (data visualisation).
  • Contribute to the Brighter Future Sustainability Strategy and company's linked OKRs.

Qualifications:

  • Exposure to or background in FMCG category management, insight, or analytics – ideally within food & beverage.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with demonstrated ability (or eagerness) to work with datasets.
  • Familiarity with EPOS data and insight tools (e.g. Nielsen, Circana or similar) or a demonstrable ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to turn data into clear, practical insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to present findings clearly to internal stakeholders, with the opportunity to develop customer‑facing skills over time.
  • Collaborative team player who is eager to learn and develop.
  • Language skills (particularly French) are desirable but not required.

Benefits:

  • Enhanced Baby Leave – new parents will be entitled to sixteen weeks off on full pay during the child’s first year of life (available to people who have worked for Little Moons for one year at Week 26 of pregnancy).
  • Health Assured remote emotional support.
  • Discretionary annual bonus based on company performance.
  • Paid sick leave.
  • Respect, trust, and honesty.
  • 25 days holiday + public holidays.
  • Additional days off with long service.
  • Salary extra – discounts and vouchers.
  • Birthday off.
  • Cycle to work scheme.
