Location: Flexible hybrid working, with three days a week in our Farringdon office, plus occasional travel to customers as required.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.

Little Moons are frozen and chilled mochi, a fusion of Eastern and Western cuisine – soft and chewy rice flour dough wrapped around balls of ice cream, cheesecake, or chocolate ganache to create a distinctive, bite-sized, and delicious dessert that’s bursting with flavour.

As the marketing lead for selected international markets, you’ll work closely with distributors and retail partners, collaborate with brilliant teams, and shape how shoppers experience our brand worldwide. Responsibilities

  • Trade Marketing Support
    • Assist in the development and execution of international trade marketing plans while also providing support to the UK team as business needs require.
    • Coordinate promotional activities, POS (point of sale) materials, and activation campaigns with local distributors and partners.
    • Stay ahead of consumer trends, proactively testing new approaches and implementing media strategies that drive measurable growth.
  • Category Management Support
    • Support category managers objectives through in store media execution.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of trade media with category strategies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Be the primary marketing contact for distributors and retail partners across your markets, ensuring seamless execution aligned to our 'Mooniverse' brand world (our distinctive visual brand identity).
    • Maintain strong relationships with external partners and distributors to ensure brand consistency across markets.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Track trade marketing budgets and ensure efficient spend.
    • Monitor and report on trade marketing effectiveness, providing actionable insights for improvement.
    • Contribute to the Brighter Future Sustainability Strategy and company's linked OKRs.

Experience and Skills

  • Passion for Little Moons and all things frozen and chilled snacking.
  • Experience in trade marketing, category management, or FMCG environment (including relevant Head Office experience within grocery retailers).
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to take ownership and make things happen.
