Little Milton C of E Primary School is a small, friendly and nurturing village school with a big heart. We are seeking a caring, patient and adaptable Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team from September 2026. This role involves providing 1:1 support for individual pupils, helping them to access learning, develop confidence and thrive within our school community.

About the Role: You will work closely with individual children to support their learning, wellbeing and engagement in school life. This may include supporting pupils within the classroom, delivering targeted interventions and helping children to develop independence, confidence and positive relationships. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is calm, nurturing and committed to helping every child succeed.

We are looking for someone who:
