The predicted salary is between 25000 - 27000 £ per year.
You will predominantly be based at our Flagship nursery in Basingstoke, with some travel to Thatcham and London. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Quality Practitioner to lead and support the continuous improvement of our settings. This is a part-time role ideal for a knowledgeable early years professional with a strong understanding of quality standards and best practice. This position is mainly room-based. Hours are between 24 - 27 hours per week.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead on good practice across the nursery ensuring high standards of care and education
- Monitor and support staff practice through observations, coaching and mentoring
- Ensure compliance with the EYFS
- Ensure nursery policies and procedures are being followed
- Prepare and support for nursery inspections
- Review and develop the nursery curriculum ensuring it is fully embedded into the nursery
- Work closely with the Regional Manager and the Nursery Managers
Requirements:
- Relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above)
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and Ofsted expectations
- Previous experience in a similar role within a nursery setting
Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
