Little London Academy is seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Vice Principal. This role is of great importance to work beside our existing Senior Leaders to develop the academy as a catalyst for social change, improving the outcomes for pupils and the community as a whole and be committed to supporting every child through their learning journey from 3-11 and beyond. The successful candidate will lead a core subject, support with the ongoing development of an exceptional curriculum and be influential in supporting and developing all aspects of our pastoral work with families and our wider community offer.

Potential applicants should have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status.
  • The ability to lead and manage a fully inclusive school.
  • A track record of successful senior leadership experience.
