About the Role

Within GORSE, we are passionate that all children excel, regardless of their background or additional needs. Little London Bridge is a dedicated Resource Provision for children with Autism and/or Complex Communication Needs, supporting primary‑aged pupils with EHCPs since January 2025. The provision has grown to serve 40 pupils and offers multiple teaching spaces, a purpose‑built outdoor area, a sensory room and a sensory integration room. This role requires a teacher skilled in teaching children with complex needs, and who can embed a learning culture that enables children to become enthusiastic and independent learners.

Potential Applicants Should Have:

  • The ability to work constructively as part of a team.
  • Experience working with or caring for children of relevant age.
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills.
