The successful candidate will: are seeking a dynamic candidate who:

- Be aninspirational teacher with a proven track record of delivering outstandingteaching and learning.
- Be aqualified SENDCo, or be undertaking a recognised SEND qualification such as theNPQ for SEND.
- Be a highly effective leader who leads by example, developing excellence in othersthrough coaching, mentoring and leadership of a key stage. Experience withinEYFS would be particularly advantageous.
- Have a proven track record of leading a core subject and driving improvements inoutcomes.
- Possess a clear vision, energy and commitment to all aspects of school life.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to buildpositive relationships with pupils, staff, parents and external agencies.
