Little Lion Entertainment is the UK’s premier immersive attractions company. We have welcomed millions of guests to our experiences and are now looking for a Senior General Manager to lead our current and future London venues. As The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience London enters its tenth anniversary year, we are hiring an inspiring operational expert to lead our flagship site in the heart of London’s Theatreland, as well as future new openings within the capital.
The Role
As Senior General Manager for Little Lion Entertainment, you will oversee all operational aspects at our London attractions including; The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience London and all future site openings to the highest level of quality and efficiency.
You will create and lead management teams at each site across the LLE group, focused within London, who are all well versed in running their attractions under your guidance & direction. You’ll work effectively, creating a consistently strong brand experience, facing every challenge with a positive, can-do attitude. With a commercially minded approach, you strive to ensure five-star guest experiences, whilst continuously thinking of innovative ways to develop our internal processes that will in turn improve our offering and attractions.
You’ll be supportive yet practical, encouraging the teams and staff to work effectively together and facing every challenge with a positive, can-do attitude. Due to the nature of the business, a positive and flexible approach to work (weekend, evening and night-time work) is essential.
Skills and Experience
- Significant, demonstrable experience in a senior manager role – ideally within a visitor attraction, theme park, museum, hotel, theatre, entertainment or competitive socialising environment.
- Exceptional communication and people leadership skills, to motivate and inspire teams.
- Strong understanding of business management and commercials, while maintaining a guest-first approach.
- Highly organised and proficient in operational strategies, accuracy and attention to detail essential.
- Commitment to health, safety, and security, ensuring the well-being of guests and team members at all times.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fostering collaboration across teams, partners, and the local community.
- Be able to demonstrate complex problem solving and critical thinking skills with strong judgment.
- A proactive can-do approach and ability to work as part of a team across different business areas.

Reporting to this position: 1 x General Manager, with future London attractions reporting into this role
