We are excited to announce the opening of a new and inspiring nursery in Stourbridge, and we are looking for a passionate, experienced, and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to take on a Nursery Manager role. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a high-quality early years setting from the ground up.

About the Role

As Nursery Manager, you will lead the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning, and safeguarding for all children. You will play a key role in building a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children, families, and staff.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements

  • Full and relevant Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification
  • Ofsted-recognised / approved qualification (meeting EYFS and childcare regulations)
  • Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within an early years setting
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
  • Up-to-date Safeguarding and Child Protection training
  • Paediatric First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent understanding of Ofsted standards, inspections, and compliance requirements
